Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule: Non-Refundable

Registration fees paid for TestSphere 2026 are generally non-refundable once payment is successfully completed, except where the organizers decide otherwise for a genuine operational issue.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If the organizers announce a rescheduling option, students may contact bizzeraindia@gmail.com within the communicated window. Rescheduling is subject to availability and organizer approval.

3. Technical Failures

If there is a verified platform-side issue that prevents the assessment from being conducted properly, the organizers may offer a re-test, reschedule, or refund at their discretion. Personal device or internet issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Disqualification

Candidates who are disqualified due to violations of our Academic Integrity guidelines (e.g. cheating, plagiarism, using secondary devices) forfeit their registration fee entirely and are not eligible for any compensation.
